Corn and Lemon Cucumber seedling update
The corn is growing fast, only have two seedlings so far inside.
Lemon Cucumbers are growing very rapidly, they have doubled in size this past week.
Three of the corn seeds have pushed through the ground this past weekend. yippee.
They are very interesting cucumbers. They look alot like a lemon but have the spikey sides typical with cucumbers. The skin is much more tender and taste good to eat. The center is more green like a typical cucumber. This is the first time we grew them but have been given some in the past to eat. Based on the flavor i am hoping some will make it to the table :)

Lemon cucumbers ought to be interesting. Do they taste like lemon, or just look like them?
